Information we collect

Information you give us (name, email, phone, ZIP, coverage interest, and anything you add in a form or conversation); information needed to quote or service a policy, collected separately when a carrier requires it (e.g., driver, vehicle, property details); and basic technical data (such as IP address and browser information) that our host and form provider may process when you use the site or submit a form.

How we use it

To respond to your request, obtain quotes from insurers, service policies, meet legal and regulatory duties, and protect against fraud. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

Insurance companies and their agents when you ask for a quote; service providers that host our site, process form submissions, or store records for us; and regulators or others when required by law.

This site will be hosted on Vercel. Quote form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to TIM's email.

Do Not Track

The site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no commonly accepted standard for interpreting them. The site does not use third-party advertising trackers.

Your California rights

Depending on how your information is used, California law may give you the right to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Some insurance information is governed instead by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the California Insurance Information and Privacy Protection Act. Retention & security

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by insurance record-keeping law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16.

We will post updates here with a new effective date.
